Jacob Dring A fairly slow, coarse, gloomy instrumental album featuring the Nemertines flavor of dark guitar riffs and an overtone that'll reel you into her abyss. Overall it's pretty good, not as great as "Death, My Love" but the standout tracks Makes Me Feel Like Shit and Stool, arguably the heaviest track, seal the deal for me. Sick Kiss exposes some superb melodies that balance forlorn and hope on a twisted scale. Favorite track: Makes Me Feel Like Shit.

Daniel Schmid Dark, gloomy masterpiece. Favorite track: Makes Me Feel Like Shit.

Spencer Darling Instrumental albums featuring a guitar usually require 3 hour guitar solos. Not Nemertines, beautiful album lots of atmosphere, all without a single guitar solo. Favorite track: Makes Me Feel Like Shit.

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. What a creative and unique EP from David! I love the intricacy and level of detail in the soundscape so much. There's always something for my ear to catch each time I visit this release. This is one of his more underrated releases, in my opinion. Great job, David! :D Erkadur
